The triple branded Nike LDV Waffle x CLOT x sacai Grey Blue enlists the creativity of two of the Asian streetwear scene’s most notable contributors, Edison Chen and Chitose Abe of CLOT and sacai respectively. What results is unquestionably one of the hottest collaborations of recent memory. Adopting the now signature doubled-up design motifs that have braced previous Nike x sacai collaborations, for all of this shoe’s main elements, and an accompanying colour palette of grey and blue shades that coat the mixed synthetic and mesh base panels from heel to toe, the end product is a slick, and refined re-imagining of a relatively old school Nike shape.Â
