The Air Jordan 1 High OG Pollen is an August 2021 release by Jordan Brand that draws favorably from the color block and design of a classic Nike Dunk style. The shoe were referring to is the Nike Dunk High Iowa or Goldenrod a two-tone black-and-yellow colorway of the retro basketball silhouette that also inspired the incredibly rare Wu-Tang Dunk from 1999. The Pollen displays a similar black-and-yellow color block to both the Iowa and Wu-Tang Dunk. Buttery black tumbled leather appears on the perforated toe mid-panel and collar. The forefoot eyelets collar heel and Swoosh display a Pollen leather construction. A black Wings logo resides on the collar and white Nike Air with a black Swoosh appears on the yellow tongue tag on the black nylon tongue.
